Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Naturopathy Doctor to take complete charge of our Naturopathy and Wellness Center in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of various naturopathy and panchakarma therapies, be fluent in English, and capable of both performing and teaching treatments to staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the overall incharge of the Naturopathy and Wellness Center.
• Conduct naturopathy and panchakarma treatments personally and oversee all therapy operations.
• Design and implement treatment plans based on patient assessment and natural healing principles.
• Train, guide, and supervise therapists and support staff in therapy protocols and hygiene standards.
• Maintain patient records, treatment reports, and daily operation logs.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth functioning of the center.
• Promote the center’s services and contribute to wellness awareness programs.
• Liaise with management regarding inventory, staff performance, and center improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in naturopathy and panchakarma therapies.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya and work under company-provided facilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
