National Sales Manager Pharma Generics Retail/OTC

As a National Sales Manager Pharma Retail/Generic Business at Pro Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing of the Pharmaceuticals Generic/OTC range in the domestic Indian market through Retail channels. Your role will involve collaborating with the Regional team members to enhance sales flow and bring creative ideas to the Sales & Marketing Team for business growth. Monitoring team efforts and execution, conducting regular review meetings, and maintaining effective communication with internal customers to secure purchase orders are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will address customer queries and complaints, coordinating with interdepartmental functions as needed, and report day-to-day activities, business progress, and any issues to the Commercial Director. Qualifications Required: - Total work experience of 10 years, specifically in Pharma Generic Sales - Proficiency in English language Pro Laboratories Pvt.
