As a National Sales Manager Pharma Retail/Generic Business at Pro Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing the sales and marketing of Pharmaceuticals Generic/OTC range for the domestic Indian market through Retail working. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Regional team members to enhance Sales flow, bringing creative ideas to the Sales & Marketing Team for Business Growth, monitoring Team Efforts & Execution, conducting Regular Review Meetings, and maintaining regular communication with Internal customers to drive business growth by securing purchase orders. Additionally, you will be expected to address and resolve customer queries and complaints, coordinating with interdepartmental functions as needed, and report day-to-day activities, business progress, and any issues to the Commercial Director.
