-Lead and Direct a dynamic sales force, setting the vision and direction for the garment division. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
-Develop and execute a forward-thinking sales and product strategy for the garment division, aligning it with the organization's overarching sales goals and market objectives.
-Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, retailers, distributors, and partners in the garment sector. Champion client-centricity and loyalty.
-Oversee the execution of sales initiatives, including prospecting, lead generation, client engagement, and negotiations. Uphold best practices and ensure alignment with the organization's mission.
-Maintain an expert-level knowledge of the organization's garment products, features, and value propositions, effectively communicating them to customers and stakeholders.
-Ensure achievement of sales targets in concordance with forecasted levels across product lines, geographies with profit margins.
-Efficiently manage the sales budget for the garment division, optimizing resource allocation to address strategic sales priorities.
-Provide insightful and actionable sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management. Present achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
