Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic National Sales Head to spearhead sales and partnerships for one of India’s largest and fastest-growing wedding photography and event experience brands. This role involves driving business growth across both B2C (premium weddings) and B2B (corporate events, brand collaborations) segments while leading a high-performing sales team across regions.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape revenue strategy, build nationwide partnerships, and contribute directly to the company’s next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive sales revenue across B2C and B2B verticals.
  • Own end-to-end sales strategies including pricing, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Monitor P&L, sales targets, and performance metrics.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale regional sales teams.
  • Establish sales processes, workflows, and performance review mechanisms.

Strategic Partnerships:

  • Build long-term alliances with luxury brands, corporates, venues, and influencer networks.
  • Explore cross-collaboration opportunities to expand market reach.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with company leadership on nationwide expansion plans.
  • Provide market insights for brand positioning and revenue planning.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Background in Events / Media / Hospitality / Luxury / Wedding or Experience Services.
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and managing mid-to-large teams.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and networking capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and business acumen.
