National Sales and Marketing Head

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for promoting the brand, securing better pricing, and expanding market presence, while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction. You will need to promote the brand and negotiate better pricing, expand geographic market presence, ensure efficient and timely delivery of services, oversee sales staff performance and daily activities, motivate and lead the team with strong managerial skills, and engage in social media activities to enhance brand awareness. Qualifications required for this position include an MBA from a reputable institute, 5-7 years of experience with a recognized brand, a strong track record in sales and marketing management, and adaptability to evolving market trends and innovative thinking. In addition to the qualifications mentioned, you should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, a proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, experience in managing budgets and financial planning, knowledge of industry trends and competitive analysis, proficiency in relevant tools/software for marketing and sales management, leadership abilities with a motivational mindset, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, high adaptability to market fluctuations, and strong decision-making and analytical abilities. It is also required that you have experience working in the Edible Oil Industry. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance.
