National Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales and Distribution Manager at our company located in Gurugram, you will be responsible for being the single point of contact for escalations across the nation. Your role will involve ensuring committed delivery on project rollout and network uptime, driving compliance of contracts and SLAs, and acting as the main contact for any information required by the Bank. Additionally, you will be required to ensure timely resolution of escalations and tickets through circle level Project Managers, as well as focus on revenue collection and enhancement from the account.
