National Manager - Home Operation & Network

JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:

• To supervise and manage Home LOB operation including wall box installation process.
• Ensure the service SLAs are delivered as agreed with clients.
• Create and maintain pan India service provider network as per business requirement thru AzP field team.
• Ensure communication, MIS and CRM SOPs are implemented thru the backend team.
• Regular interaction with clients for requirements related to case resolution.
• Financials, network and manpower planning for future load projections
• Work with Market team to prepare and plan financials for any new client/business proposition.
• Manage both backend & network cost to remain relevant against competition.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network through AzP field team.
• Manage Operation through back-end operation team.
• Delivery of SLAs as agreed by Client.
• Monitor and Control cost.
• Client management.
• Maintain the quality of service as per client requirement.
• Training and development of Team.
• Represent Operation & Network in RFQ discussions and client meetings.
  

Profile Key Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Should have Home & Installation Service Background with minimum 15 years of experience.Has knowledge on detailed geographical locations of India.Minimum qualification- Engineering Graduate or Diploma preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or ElectronicsHas worked with OEMs directly.Should have exposure to generate revenue thru service channel.

System Skills

Proficient with MS Office, analytical skill and good presentation skill

Initiative

Should be self-starter and innovative. Ability to visualize any new opportunity and work on the same.

Team Work

Should have experience of handling large team pan India basis. Should have experience in inter departmental co-ordination.

Other Skills

Having techno-commercial acumenHas handled Service Providers network on pan India basis.Ability to handle clients.Should be capable to understand and work on the RFQ shared by clients.Good negotiation skill with Client & Service providers
