We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to head our Branch Banking Division. The role involves driving strategy, sales, customer acquisition & retention, branch expansion, and process excellence to strengthen the Bank’s market presence and profitability.
Develop & implement cohesive strategies for liability and third-party products.
Lead branch expansion initiatives and enhance branch performance.
Drive customer-centric marketing, sales, and engagement programs.
Ensure regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and service excellence.
Mentor and develop senior leaders to build a strong succession pipeline.
Education: Post-Graduation or higher.
