Job Description

Role Overview: As the National Head of Sales for a reputed Hospitality Group with a portfolio of Luxury and Upscale Resorts and Hotels, your primary responsibility will be to lead the Sales function from the Corporate Office in Kolkata. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across the hotel portfolio. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with multi-property sales experience in the resort and leisure-focused hospitality sector. Your focus will be on achieving the company's revenue targets, managing contracting processes, and driving business development across various segments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to enhance revenue and market share for the group's hotel portfolio. - Take ownership of revenue budgets and ensure the achievement of financial targets. - Foster and expand relationships with DMCs, travel agents, inbound operators, wedding planners, and corporate partners. - Lead contracting processes for leisure, inbound, and group segments. - Collaborate closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to align pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. - Identify and cultivate new source markets within India and internationally. - Represent the brand at trade fairs, roadshows, and industry networking events. - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales professionals located at Regional Offices. - Deliver regular updates and performance reports to the leadership team. Qualification Required: - 15+ years of experience in Hotel Sales, preferably with upscale Resort/Leisure-focused Hospitality Groups. - Demonstrated success in Multi-property/National Sales leadership roles with full Revenue budget ownership. - Proficiency in Leisure, Inbound, Weddings, and DMC segments. - Strong industry relationships across India and key international source markets. - Strategic mindset with robust execution capabilities and previous team leadership experience. - Willingness to engage in extensive travel as part of the role.,
