Job Description

Key Responsibilities

National Partnership & Alliance Development

Build and drive national-level partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, nursing homes, dental chains, dialysis centers, and teaching hospitals.
Develop strategic alliances enabling internships and placements for healthcare students.
Lead discussions, negotiations, and sign-off of MOUs with key institutional stakeholders across regions.

Regional Leadership & Coordination

Manage, guide, and mentor regional teams to achieve partnership and placement goals.
Align regional initiatives with national strategic objectives.
Conduct reviews, field visits, and performance evaluations to ensure consistency and relationship strength.

Industry Networking & Representation

Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, seminars, and industry forums.
Develop and nurture relationships with hospital administrators, HR heads, training managers, and medical directors.
Enhance organizational visibility and credibility within the healthcare ecosystem.

Placement Strategy & Execution

Work closely with internal placement and academic teams to ensure student readiness aligns with industry expectations.
Oversee smooth execution of internship and placement processes across partnered hospitals and institutions.

Reporting & Compliance

Maintain comprehensive national databases on partnerships, MOUs, and student placements.
Provide periodic reports on partnership performance, industry trends, and strategic insights.
Ensure compliance with organizational and partner requirements.
