National Head - Agency Channel (Non-Life Insurance)

You are looking for a dynamic and experienced National Head for the Agency Channel in the Non-Life Insurance sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and driving the overall performance of the agency sales channel across the country. Your key responsibilities will include strategic planning, business development, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance. Moreover, you will need to hire and cultivate a robust agency sales team. This position requires over 15 years of industry experience and may entail extensive travel to establish and broaden the agency network nationwide. Your duties will encompass developing and executing the agency business plan in alignment with the company's objectives, driving sales performance by setting and monitoring targets, expanding the agency network, leading and motivating the sales team, recruiting and training team members, managing customer relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, monitoring performance, providing training opportunities, and traveling to various locations to grow the agency network. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in senior sales management within the non-life insurance industry, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
