Job Description

Responsibilities

Process sales orders (create, change, reject) per principal rules.
Handle basic Customer Service tasks.
Collaborate with Business Support, Affiliates, and Agents.
Manage SAP delivery creation and monitor open orders.
Review pending orders and coordinate with the Business Unit.
Maintain customer/country shipping instructions.
Communicate order status and supply updates to customers.
Work with Finance to release Sales Orders from Credit Block.
Address and communicate any delays

Role: Order Management Trainee (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)
Location: Airoli (Mumbai)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Time: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Pickup & Drop facility Provided)
One year Contract
Stipend of 20000 per month

Requirement

Any Graduate
No prior experience required (position under the NAPS program)
Good Communication skills and ability to learn.
Comfortable to work in night shift.
