Description

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with food

safety standards, perform sensory evaluations, and monitor product quality.

Process Optimisation: Help refine manufacturing processes and troubleshoot quality or performance issues.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet food

safety and labelling regulations, maintaining audit documentation.

Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, source ingredients, and test alternative suppliers.
New Product Development: Assist in recipe

development, product trials, and scaling for production while refining flavour profiles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

1-2 years in a similar role within the food processing or FMCG industry.
Basic understanding of food processing, quality control, and regulatory standards.
Passion for food innovation and a keen interest in Indian flavours.
Strong organisational and documentation skills.
A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
