Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mystery Shopping Project Coordinator located in Dubai. The Mystery Shopping Project Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of mystery shopping projects, including planning and coordinating assessments, managing shopper schedules, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering comprehensive reports. The role involves direct communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and recommend improvements based on assessment findings. Qualifications Project Management and Coordination skills Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities Experience in Customer Service or Client Relations Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills Attention to Detail and Organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Ability to work on-site in Dubai Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the mystery shopping industry is a plus Show more Show less
