Job Description: MVNE Solution Design Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking two skilled Solution Design Engineers to join the MVNE (Mobile Virtual Network Enabler) team. These roles are responsible for designing end-to-end solutions and delivering projects that support MVNE platform enhancements, client onboarding, and service expansion. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in telecom solution architecture, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Design and document end-to-end MVNE solutions based on business requirements and technical constraints.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
• - Lead solution workshops and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
• - Translate customer requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• - Support project delivery from initiation to deployment, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• - Provide technical guidance and support during implementation and testing phases.
• - Maintain solution design artifacts and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• - Ensure compliance with architectural standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• - 5+ years of experience in solution design or architecture roles within telecom or IT domains.
• - Strong understanding of MVNE/MVNO platforms and telecom service delivery models.
• - Experience in designing cloud-native solutions using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• - Proficiency in creating technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and integration specs.
• - Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• - Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

• - Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• - Certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
• - Experience with telecom BSS/OSS systems and standards.
• - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
