Job Title: Mutual Fund Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide investment advice and financial planning solutions to clients based on their risk appetite, goals, and market trends.
• Guide clients in selecting suitable mutual fund schemes, asset allocation, and portfolio diversification.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend changes to optimize returns.
• Assist with mutual fund application processes, including KYC updates, SIP/STP/SWP initiation, redemptions, and switches via NSE/BSE/MINT/CAMS/KFINTECH/MFU platforms.
• Educate clients about various investment options and the latest market developments.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Address client queries promptly and ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze fund performance and market trends to provide data-driven investment recommendations.
• Achieve business targets by acquiring new clients and retaining existing relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mutual funds, financial advisory, or capital markets (preferred).
• Strong understanding of capital market concepts, mutual fund products, and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client trust.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, On-site
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
