Role Overview: As a Mutual Fund professional, your primary responsibility is to explain mutual fund products to potential investors and suggest suitable investment options based on their financial goals. You are required to proactively call and follow up with leads to convert them into investors, thereby expanding the client base. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial for this role, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Explain mutual fund products to potential investors and recommend suitable investment options - Proactively call and follow up with leads to convert them into investors - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty - Meet sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis - Assist clients with KYC procedures, documentation, and investment processing - Stay updated with market trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to clients - Collaborate with the back-office team for support and issue resolution - Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports to track progress and performance Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in mutual funds or financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to meet sales targets and work towards business growth - Knowledge of KYC procedures and investment processing - Updated knowledge of market trends and financial products Location: This is a full-time position with a day shift, morning shift schedule, requiring your presence at the office located at Homeland City, Opp. J.H. Ambani School, Udhna Magdalla Road, Vesu, Surat - 395007. Working in person will allow for better coordination with team members and clients, facilitating efficient service delivery.,
