Your Role & Impact

You’ll serve as the bridge between clients and our investment platform, guiding them through every step of their mutual fund journey. From resolving queries and demonstrating the platform to driving investment conversions, you’ll ensure every client feels informed, confident, and supported throughout their investment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings (Google Meet or Zoom) to address mutual fund related queries and provide personalized guidance.
    • Assist investors in understanding fund categories, risk profiles, and suitability as per their goals. • Conduct product walkthroughs and provide 1 to 1 guidance on our mutual fund platform. • Drive client onboarding by providing platform access and handholding through registration and transactions. • Follow up with interested leads, nurture investment intent, and close transactions efficiently. • Resolve service issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. • Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and investment updates. • Cross-sell or upsell relevant financial products as per client suitability. • Achieve monthly targets for investments, conversions, and client retention.

What We’re Looking For

Communication Skills

  • Proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken & written).
    • Ability to explain mutual fund concepts in simple, relatable terms.

Sales & Customer Handling

  • Strong persuasive and relationship building abilities.
    • Empathetic listener capable of handling both sales and support queries. • Comfortable conducting 1 to 1 client interactions and follow ups.

Technical & Operational Skills

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Understanding basic of mutual fund operations, KYC, and compliance. • Experience using online investment platforms preferred.

Certification & Eligibility

  • Candidates with NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor) certification or prior experience in mutual fund sales/support will be given preference.
