About the Role

Music & Video Editor

The ideal candidate has a strong command over video editing software, understands music selection and basic mastering, and knows how to use AI tools to elevate editing quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit cinematic wedding films, teasers, highlight reels, and short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok)
• Translate moodboards and creative briefs into visually compelling edits
• Ensure each output reflects Novella’s premium storytelling style and luxury positioning

Music Curation & Audio Editing

• Select soundtracks that enhance emotional impact and storytelling in wedding films
• Perform basic audio mastering, balancing sound for clarity and richness
• Sync visuals and music seamlessly to elevate client experience

AI Tools & Innovation

• Leverage AI-based tools to speed up editing workflows and enhance creative quality
• Stay updated with new editing, sound, and AI innovations to keep Novella at the cutting edge

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with cinematographers, creative directors, and marketing teams on projects
• Adapt to diverse client needs while maintaining Novella’s luxury creative identity
• Meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in professional video editing (luxury, weddings, lifestyle, or branded content preferred)
• Strong portfolio of cinematic films, teasers, and reels
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and related software

• Knowledge of music selection, editing, and basic audio mastering
• Familiarity with AI tools for video and sound enhancement
• Strong understanding of storytelling, rhythm, and luxury aesthetics
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic schedules
• Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to

  South Delhi (GK1)
