Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Instruction: Deliver engaging syllabi-driven instruction in both lecture and creative lab environments. Guide students through the entire creative process, from ideation and storyboarding to technical execution and final rendering.
Curriculum Development: Develop and update course materials, projects, and exercises to ensure curriculum remains current with industry standards (e.g., shifting from print-focus to digital-product-focus).
Assessment & Critique: Provide constructive, critical feedback on student creative work through regular critiques and grading. Assess technical proficiency and conceptual strength.
Student Mentorship: Advise students regarding academic pathways, portfolio development, and career opportunities in the multimedia industry.
Professional Activity & Service: Maintain an active professional practice (freelance work, exhibitions, consulting) to stay current in the field. Participate in departmental meetings, student recruitment events, and committee work.
Lab Management (If applicable): Assist in overseeing the maintenance of computer labs, cameras, and studio equipment.

Essential Technical Skills (Customize based on your needs) Candidates must exhibit high proficiency in industry-standard tools, primarily the Adobe Creative Cloud suite:

Core: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Video/Motion: Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Web/UI/UX: Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; basic understanding of HTML/CSS principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
