Compass Group India is hiring Two Multi-Skills Technician (MST) at its Guwahati Location

Job Title: Multi-Skills Technician (MST)

Location: Guwahati

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary (Take Home): ₹16,000/- (including Leave & Bonus)
• Other Benefits: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Accidental Insurance
• Conveyance: ₹4,000/- (Fixed)

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance/technical services

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, wiring, motors, and other equipment.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new systems.
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Support cross-functional technical tasks as required (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Hands-on experience with tools, measuring devices, and testing instruments.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
