Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development, with deep expertise in Anypoint Platform, Mule runtime, DataWeave, and MuleSoft APIs.
Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft integration solutions based on detailed business and technical requirements.
Implement API-led connectivity using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and design scalable and secure integration solutions.
Build reusable assets such as connectors, templates, and components to ensure consistency and accelerate development across projects.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to optimize integration performance, reliability, and security.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and support teams.
Stay up to date with MuleSoft platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance the integration landscape.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations using API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.
Strong knowledge of integration standards and protocols including REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
Hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, Anypoint Connectors, and MuleSoft CloudHub.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional) are a strong plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset.
