Job Description

You will be joining Genpact as a Management Trainee in the Accounts Receivable department. Your role will involve supervising and monitoring functions related to Accounts Receivable, including invoice collections, deduction resolution, reconciliations, reporting, analytics, and client communication. - Train and supervise staff on invoice collections and deduction resolution. - Manage collection accounts assigned to you. - Communicate internally and with clients regarding Receivables issues. - Prepare, review, and analyze reports, providing root cause analysis for accounts receivable aging. - Conduct daily E360 Huddle updates and bi-monthly 1:1 sessions with the team. - Handle internal and external escalations. - Prepare and review monthly bonuses with analysts. - Conduct yearly analyst performance reviews. - Review the performance and efficiency of each analyst, conducting routine one-on-one evaluations. - Conduct routine huddles with the team. - Participate in client conference calls. - Identify areas of Business Impact and prepare documentation. **Minimum Qualifications / Skills:** - High School diploma. - Relevant work experience. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to learn ERP systems, preferably with knowledge of SAP. - Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses. - Excellent MS Office skills including MS Excel. - Previous experience in continuous process improvements. **Preferred Qualifications / Skills:** - Ability to lead and train staff. - Knowledge of Accounts Receivable Collections and Deductions. - Good/Excellent Computer Skills. - Ability to work with all Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access. - Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills. - Excellent Customer Service Skills. - Good analytical skills. - Ability to multi-task. - High level of professionalism. - Green belt trained and tested. - Knowledge and experience in SAP.,
