Position Overview

MSP Online Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive 

  online MSP training sessions

   aligned with the latest MSP framework and best practices.
• Plan, develop, and update 

  training materials

  , presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Explain MSP concepts such as 

  principles, governance themes, roles and responsibilities, programme lifecycle, blueprint design, and benefits management

  .
• Provide real-time examples and case studies to simplify complex programme management topics.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and knowledge-checks to evaluate learner progress.
• Support learners with doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring, and guidance throughout the training.
• Ensure training delivery meets certification standards and organizational objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest MSP updates and programme management industry trends.
• Maintain learner engagement using online tools, whiteboards, breakout rooms, and interactive methods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an 

  MSP Trainer

  , Programme Manager, or PMO professional.
• Strong understanding of 

  MSP principles, governance themes, and transformational flow

  .
• MSP Foundation or Practitioner certification (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering 

  online/virtual training

   using tools like Zoom, MS Teams, or similar platforms.
