Job Title: MSME Growth Trainer

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our QL Business Inner Circle team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact offline and online training programs to MSME business owners across various cities. Your primary objective will be to enhance their business capabilities in key areas such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Management, Finance, Tech etc. This role requires someone who is confident, excellent at engaging diverse audiences, and understands the unique challenges faced by small and medium-sized business owners. We are looking for someone with good business acumen.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Bangalore (with extensive travel)

Department: QL Business Inner Circle

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field

Reports To: QL Business Inner Circle Head

Experience Desired: 5+ years of experience in training, with expertise in various

business functions (preferably in the MSME, education, or consulting sectors).

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and tailored training sessions and workshops across key business areas in different cities.
• Address participant questions and ensure clarity on training topics.
• Customize training delivery to meet diverse participant needs.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the team to stay updated on program offerings and ensure alignment in training delivery.
• Share insights from training sessions to enhance program development and delivery.
