MS O365 Administrator

About the Role:

Seeking a highly skilled MS O365 Administrator with 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Entra ID (Azure AD) with a focus on the North American tenant.


• Exposure in collaborating with global IT teams to maintain a secure and consistent configuration across the global Microsoft 365 Multi-Tenant Organization.


• Proficient in supporting and enhancing identity and access management using Entra ID, Conditional Access Policies, authentication methods and enterprise applications.


• Familiarity in developing and maintaining automation scripts using PowerShell for operational efficiency, auditing and policy enforcement.


• Expertise in participating in Change Enablement processes ensuring all updates and configurations follow ITIL-aligned procedures.


• Must have experience in contributing to Microsoft platform governance working with cybersecurity, compliance and audit teams to maintain security and compliance standards.


• Familiarity in troubleshooting escalated support requests related to M365, Entra ID and application integrations; serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for Service Desk.


• Experience in monitoring platform health, applying updates and managing service incidents, changes and problem resolutions in alignment with organizational SLAs.


• Proficient in documenting procedures, workflows and system configurations to support consistency and knowledge sharing across IT teams.


• Experience in staying informed of Microsoft roadmap changes and proactively assessing impact on current infrastructure and user experience.
