Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

Prepare and implement Industrial Hygiene survey program; perform occupational risk assessment studiesAssist in developing OH/IH proceduresParticipate as an auditor in 1 st workplace safety auditsParticipate in special studies and monitoring programs to determine workplace environmental conditionsKeep abreast of technology and current issues through seminars and training and participate in the training of staff membersInterpret field data, determine effectiveness of engineering control methods and make recommendations regarding location, design, structure, operations, and maintenance of contaminant and physical agent control systems, in collaboration with CASHe programPrepare training modules on Industrial HygieneParticipate in follow-up investigations to ensure corrective measures are carried out where requiredReport writing of monitoring data including conclusion pertaining to exposure acceptability and applicable recommendation with occupational exposure levels

Education Requirement :

M.Sc in Industrial Hygiene

Experience Requirement :

Minimum 5 to 10 years in similar field

Skills & Competencies :

Ability to logically understand IH data with shop-floor relevanceSound communication / managerial skills
