About The Opportunity

• Provide comprehensive antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management, including high-risk obstetrics and emergency interventions.
• Perform elective and emergency gynaecologic surgeries—laparoscopic, hysteroscopic, and open—and ensure optimal surgical outcomes.
• Lead outpatient clinics for infertility, menopause, adolescent health, and preventive screenings, achieving high patient satisfaction.
• Interpret ultrasound and other imaging, collaborate with radiology for precise diagnosis, and formulate integrated treatment plans.
• Supervise junior doctors, nurses, and embryology staff, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and continuous learning.
• Drive adherence to NABH protocols, clinical audits, and morbidity meetings, championing quality, safety, and evidence-based practice.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• MBBS plus MD or DNB in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with valid MCI or State registration.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience as Consultant or Senior Registrar handling high-risk pregnancies and complex surgeries.
• Proficiency in laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, caesarean section, and vaginal surgeries.
• Expertise in foetal monitoring, obstetric ultrasound, and emergency resuscitation.
• Strong communication, counselling, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
  

Preferred

• Fellowship in minimal access surgery or reproductive medicine.
• Exposure to IVF procedures, IUI, and hormonal therapy protocols.
• Experience with electronic medical records and quality accreditation processes.
