Key Requirements:

Preferred degree: MBA Finance, or CA/ICWA.
Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), specifically in Finance & Accounting.
Expertise in modules: GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, FA, Inventory, and Operations Costing (Project Accounting will be a plus).
Experience with end-to-end implementation lifecycle in D365FO (requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, post-go-live support).
Ability to map client R2R processes into D365FO functional requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Certification (preferred).
Prior experience with consulting firms and handling multiple clients/projects is an advantage.
