Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant with 58 years of hands-on experience in technical development, customization, and implementation.The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX) along with experience supporting Real Estate business processes.The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing technical solutions while collaborating with Finance and Real Estate functional teams to deliver high-quality system enhancements and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development & Customization :

  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions in Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Build and enhance functionalities using X++, Extensions Framework, SSRS, Data Entities, DMF, Batch Jobs, and Workflows.
  • Create technical design documents (TDDs) based on business and functional requirements.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code for improved performance.

Integrations & Data Management

  • Develop and maintain API-based integrations and business events.
  • Support end-to-end data migration activities including data mapping, transformation, validation, and loading.
  • Create and maintain custom dashboards and automated workflows.

Deployment & Environments

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for build and deployment automation.
  • Manage and support environments using Azure DevOps, Git, and LCS.

Real Estate Process Support

  • Work closely with teams handling Real Estate modules such as :
  • Lease management and rent automation
  • Property/unit master data
  • Facility management workflows
  • Project management & accounting customizations
  • Vendor/contractor integrations
  • Experience with Real Estate PMS solutions (e.g., Yardi, SAP RE-FX, PropTech tools) is a strong advantage.

Post-Go-Live Support

  • Provide ongoing technical support, issue resolution, and continuous enhancements post-implementation.
  • Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of technical experience in Dynamics 365 F&O or Microsoft AX.
  • Strong proficiency in :
  • X++, OOP concepts
  • D365 F&O Extensions
  • SSRS development
  • Power Platform basics (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Data Entities, OData, Azure Logic Apps/Integrations
  • Good understanding of Finance, Projects, and Real Estate-related modules from a technical perspective.
  • Hands-on experience with :
  • Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
  • Git version control
  • LCS environment management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate industry implementations.
  • Familiarity with PMS systems such as Yardi, SAP RE-FX, or other PropTech solutions.
  • Microsoft D365 F&O certifications will be a plus.
