Daily Activities

·      Host "Copilot Clinics" - open office hours for prompt assistance

·      Conduct discovery sessions with teams to identify AI opportunities

·      Build proof-of-concepts in 2-3 day sprints with users

·      Create and maintain prompt libraries and best practices documentation

·      Train teams on effective Copilot usage and prompt engineering

·      Develop custom agents for specific departmental needs

Experience Profile

·      2-5+ years in roles combining technical and business analysis

·      Previous experience in innovation labs, digital transformation, or internal consulting

·      Track record of successful user adoption initiatives

·      Background could include - Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Technical Training, Innovation Management, or Product Management
