About this opportunity:
Take this exciting opportunity to join our global professional team at Ericsson as a MPBN SME. This dynamic role not only involves analysis, auditing, design, and optimization of telecom networks but also spans various domains such as RAN, Transport, Core, OM and Services Networks
You will do:
- Overall responsible for PC results in Circle. Handling all PBN activities in the Circle, typical activities are corrective and preventive maintenance but also network changes that requires physical intervention. Over all In charge of PC operation
- Responsible for SLA adherence with interface departments and customer
- End-to-End closure of PBN issues in Circle
- Ensure that FM/PBN/GNOC team Comply to processes, procedure to provide world class network availability and reliability.
- Responsible for all PBN Planned Work activities.
- Customer Happiness & CSI Score
- KPI monitoring and sign off for Reward/Penalty
- Manage day to day Maintenance of all MPBN system
- Scheduling and reviewing all planned work (change Request) across the Network
- Coordinate with TSG(Technical support group) for efficient implementation of service request and complaint handling
- Coordinate with GSDC (BO, FO, CM) , D&P and MSIP(National team interfacing customer central office) for effective O&M operations and effective functioning of network.
- Maintain effective technical support staff for MPBN
- Manage all the activities with prioritised (man &machine) with the best utilization
- Advise Service Delivery Manager to improve Service Performance and contractual obligations
Skills You Bring:
- Successful track record and strong background in large-scale MPBN network operational organisations.
- Knowledge & hands on experience on Huawei Router/Switch/Firewall & PC nodes configuration
- Knowledge & hands on experience on Huawei Router/Switch/Firewall & PC nodes hardware
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation with a split between line and functional responsibility.
- Ability to adapt to the local cultural requirements, and able to function in India.
- Good behavior in collaborate with customers, subcontractors and customer accounts
