Role Overview: As a Client Consultation & Needs Assessment professional, your main responsibility will be to interview prospective clients to understand their financial situation and assess their current insurance coverage. You will need to identify the client's specific needs for motor insurance coverage and explain various policy options and benefits to them. Additionally, you will be required to generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals, and customize insurance programs to suit individual client needs and risks. Your role will also involve handling the sale and renewal of insurance policies.
