We create English, step-by-step explainer videos that rely on clean, subtle motion graphics —not loud whiz-bang edits. Read every point; if anything below is too much for you, please skip the application. 1 • Your Day-to-Day Turn a plain English script (no storyboard) into a clear, engaging video. Make numbers, steps and keywords appear with fresh motion graphics every time—icons, trim-path text reveals, glow text, 3-D camera moves. Keep visuals subtle but never dull; think and re-think until it “just works.” Hit strict deadlines while zero spelling errors (use Grammarly or google search). Be self-sufficient. We don’t want constant “What should I animate?” questions—if you keep asking, it shows you don’t understand English. If something is genuinely unclear, ask once. Our team will gladly help you visualise it instead of letting you spin your wheels. 2 • Skills & Software (must already know) Advanced Adobe After Effects: shape layers, trim paths, 3-D camera, rotoscoping, glow text, strong typography. Basic Premiere Pro: import, cut, export. Basic Photoshop: quick background removes, simple shapes, down-res images. Canva & Mister Horse packs (we give you log-ins). No VFX work (explosions, tracking, etc.)—pure motion graphics. Strong English comprehension is critical—videos, scripts and team calls are in English, and perfect spelling is non-negotiable. Beginners in AE, please do not apply. We can coach presentation style; we will not teach core After Effects. 3 • Workload & Targets (plain-English bullets) Baseline quota: produce 4–6 videos per month when projects are up to 19 minutes long This includes both faceless clips under 4 minutes and talking-head videos between 4 and 19 minutes . Long-form projects (20–50 minutes): if we assign these low-graphics explainers, your monthly goal shifts to 2–4 videos to protect quality. Beat the target? Every approved video beyond quota earns a per-video incentive bonus on top of salary. Give realistic timelines. If you truly need 5 days, promise 7— under-promise, over-deliver . 4 • Pay, Perks & Location ₹20 000 / month base + broadband reimbursement + incentives. Annual/merit raises for strong long-term performers. Hybrid role— you must live in Assam. Final hiring requires an in-person meet. We supply paid Adobe CC, Canva, Mister Horse, hardware based on performance (monitors, SSDs) once you’re onboard. Weekly or bi-weekly Google Meet check-ins when needed. Do not call or text before emailing —that triggers automatic rejection. 6 • Quick Checklist Live in Assam & can work hybrid. Comfortable producing 4–6 mid-length videos per month (plus incentives). Advanced After Effects skills listed above. Strong English comprehension; spotless spelling. OK with ₹20 k base + broadband + incentives, no salary negotiation at entry .
