About the Role

ZB Digital is hiring a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor who specializes in talking head videos, high-end motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

This role is for someone who understands how to enhance videos with motion, VFX, and creative visual elements, not just cut clips. You should be capable of creating clean, premium, and unique motion styles that elevate brand authority and engagement, especially for social media and paid campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Talking Head Content

• Edit high-quality talking head videos for social media, ads, and brand content
• Enhance videos using motion graphics, overlays, kinetic typography, and VFX
• Maintain high visual quality, pacing, and storytelling standards

Motion Graphics & Visual Design

• Create custom motion graphics and animations using After Effects
• Design unique motion styles aligned with each brand
• Develop transitions, animated elements, and visual systems

Tools, AI & Advanced Editing

• Work with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools
• Use AI-based video tools for enhancement, speed, and experimentation
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Ads)

Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate with social media, performance marketing, and design teams
• Translate creative concepts into compelling visual outputs
• Ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all video content

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and video editing
• Proven experience creating talking head videos with motion graphics
• Strong command of After Effects and Premiere Pro (non-negotiable)
• Experience with VFX, animations, and high-end motion design
• Familiarity with AI video generation and enhancement tools
• Strong sense of design, timing, and visual storytelling
• Ability to deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience with international clients
• Experience editing content for ads, reels, YouTube, and short-form platforms
• Ability to develop custom visual styles for brands
• Experience working closely with performance marketing teams
