Who We’re Looking For:

Motion Graphics & Animation Designer

You can turn static concepts into dynamic, compelling visuals that simplify complex ideas and make learning feel magical.

You thrive in fast-paced creative environments, enjoy experimenting with styles, and bring structure and imagination to every project.

Experience required:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in

  motion graphics, animation, and multimedia design

• Experience in EdTech, media, entertainment, gaming, or creative agencies is a plus
• Strong portfolio of 2D animations, 3D animations, character sketches, explainer videos, and motion graphics

Core Skills (Must-Have):

Motion & Animation

• Strong skills in

  2D animation

  (characters, scenes, explainer videos, transitions)
• Experience in

  3D animation

  , modeling, lighting, and rendering
• Proficiency in

  motion graphics, compositing, VFX, and visual transitions

• Ability to animate for Reels, ads, tutorials, educational content, and product videos

Software Expertise

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Animate
• Photoshop & Illustrator (for asset creation + storyboards)
• Figma/Canva (basic layout support)

Illustration & Sketching

• Strong sketching and drawing skills — characters, objects, environments, storyboards
• Ability to create custom illustration assets, icons, characters, scenes
• Understanding of anatomy, expressions, perspective, and movement

Design & Storytelling

• Excellent understanding of

  animation principles

  (timing, squash/stretch, anticipation, etc.)
• Strong sense of

  composition, color, lighting, and visual rhythm

• Ability to translate scripts and concepts into visually engaging animation sequences

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic knowledge of sound syncing and audio-driven animation
• UI/UX micro-interaction animation or product walkthrough animations
• Experience designing content for

  children or youth-focused learning

• Familiarity with EdTech, gamification, or LMS content styles

What You’ll Do:

• Produce high-quality

  2D and 3D animations

  for learning modules, product videos, and brand films
• Create

  motion graphics

  for marketing campaigns, launch videos, ads, and social media
• Develop and animate

  characters, storyboards, objects, and educational concepts

• Convert complex technical ideas into

  simple, engaging visual stories

• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams for smooth visual execution
• Explore new animation trends, techniques, and technologies
• Maintain consistency in visual style across all content
• Push creative boundaries and bring freshness to everything you design
