Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

●     Adapt and update existing motion graphics (logos, product packs, supers, disclaimers, animations) across various aspect ratios.

●     Produce digital and print materials such as emails, social media graphics, banners, manuals, guides, presentations, and marketing collateral.

●     Create motion animations like banner animations, intros, fades, and loops using After Effects and plugins.

●     Collaborate across teams for asset design, visual QA, handoff files for development/localization, and compliance with Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) reviews.

●     Maintain organized project files with version control and structured timelines.

●     Ensure all work aligns strictly with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and technical delivery specifications.

Skills & Qualifications:

●     2–7 years of combined experience in motion graphics and graphic design.

●     Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, and Figma.

●     Strong understanding of typography, layout, brand systems, motion language, and UI components.

●     Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain quality under tight deadlines.

●     Experience with multi-market versioning, localization, and brand compliance preferred.

●     Excellent teamwork and communication skills, comfortable working with global teams and flexible across time zones.

●     2–7 years of combined experience in motion graphics and graphic design.

Bonus: Additional skillset of Video editing would be an advantage.
