Responsibilities

• Edit documentary and short-format videos with creative precision
• Turn raw footage into visually compelling and impactful content
• Deliver projects aligned with creative briefs and timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in project discussions
• Manage last-minute changes and urgent requirements efficiently

Position 2: Motion Graphic Artist

Technical Skills

• Expert:

  Animation tools (After Effects, Cinema 4D), motion design

• Advanced:

  Video editing software, 2D/3D animation, production workflows

• Growing Expertise:

  AI tools in motion design

Responsibilities

• Create compelling motion graphics aligned with project themes
• Elevate simple visuals into dynamic, engaging designs
• Stay updated with evolving trends in motion design
• Collaborate with editors, producers, and creative stakeholders
• Experiment with modern animation styles and techniques

General Qualifications (For Both Roles)

• Strong organizational and scheduling capabilities
• Experience supervising production operations
• Solid understanding of 2D & 3D animation principles
• Proficiency in post-production workflows
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration
• Knowledge of Ad-Films, Corporate Films, and TVC production
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related domain (preferred)
