Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Role Overview

Full-time on-site role at ECR Injambakkam, Chennai.

As a Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor, you’ll conceptualise and create motion graphics, animations, and high-impact video content that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. You’ll collaborate with the creative team, communicate with clients, and execute excellent-quality work that’s both timely and impactful.

• What will you do?Develop engaging motion graphics and videos for campaigns, social media, websites, demos, and promotional assets.
• Edit videos end-to-end: trimming, transitions, effects, audio integration, overlays.
• Translate ideas, concepts, and scripts into visually striking animations with technical precision and time efficiency.
• Creating and editing audio tracks and sound effects to complement the visuals.
• Adapt content across platforms to ensure proper formatting and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams internally or with clients to deliver brand-aligned visuals.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling, Google Veo, Flux) for image and video generation.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines without compromising creativity and timelines.
• Adhering to industry standards and best practices for file organization, naming conventions, and project documentation.
• Present concepts, gather feedback, and refine outputs.

What We’re Looking For?A passion for creativity and innovation, with a willingness to experiment with new techniques and tools to create unique and engaging multimedia content.

• 3+ years relevant experience in agency/corporate environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite: After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and related tools.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, design principles, typography, color theory, and video trends.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI image & video generation tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-impact creative assets.
• Good communication skills to understand the needs, requirements, and feedback of clients.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting with multiple projects.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills, adept at file organization and version control.
• Portfolio – Mandatory (Applications without a portfolio will not be considered).

Salary for this role Upto INR 4 Lakhs per annum
