Job Description

About the Role:

Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for videos, reels, ads, presentations, and other digital content.
Collaborate with video editors, creative teams, and content strategists to develop visual concepts.
Translate scripts, storyboards, and rough concepts into engaging visual assets.
Create 2D animations, text animations, transitions, lower-thirds, infographics, etc.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software tools.
Work within brand guidelines and maintain design consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW; knowledge of Blender/Cinema 4D is a plus.
Strong portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in video editing and sound syncing.
Knowledge of social media video formats and requirements.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a bonus.
