Job Profile

Here is what we are looking for:

• Engage in the ideation, conceptualization and building thoughts into final output.
• Collaborate with Scriptwriters, Copywriters, Art Directors, and various stakeholders.
• Understand concept briefs from the client, research relevant data points, accumulate resources while keeping the budget intact.
• Monitor the post-production process to ensure accurate completion of the project.
• Conduct meetings to discuss the progress and ensure production objectives goals are met.
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing for ads & internal asset
• Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy
• Brainstorm and come up with video content ideas with the internal team
• Experiment with different visual storytelling methods
• The technical know-how of software's like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, AfterEffects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a creative agency
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Experience with all the latest design tools, platforms, and versions of applicable software programs
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
