We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer with proven experience in creating engaging animations and video assets, ideally within the real estate industry. This is a remote role for candidates who will be working closely with our creative and content teams.

Your role will focus on producing scroll-stopping, brand-aligned motion content for social media, digital campaigns, and property marketing - striking the right balance between creative flair and professional standards.

Responsibilities

● Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).

● Develop dynamic video content for agent branding and marketing campaigns.

● Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

● Bring static designs to life with engaging transitions, animations, and effects.

● Adapt and optimize animations for different platforms and formats.

● Stay updated with motion design trends while maintaining the professionalism required in real estate.

● Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in motion design, with a portfolio of animated social media content and marketing videos.

● Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.

● Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools.

● Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for integration with animation workflows.

● Ability to blend creativity with professionalism - animations must be eye-catching yet polished.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
