Motion Graphics Animator Location: Gurgaon | WeWork Platina Tower Phase 1 (Next to Sikandarpur Metro Station) Type: Full-Time, Work from Office Expected CTC: Between 4.5 - 5.4 LPA (Depending on experience and portfolio) Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Animator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and animating visually compelling motion graphics for a variety of media, including promotional/store/product launch videos, social media content, and multimedia presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through motion. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute motion graphics that align with project goals and brand identity. Design and animate 2D/3D graphics, visual effects, and typography for digital campaigns and advertisements. Edit raw video footage and enhance it with motion design elements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Should ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Stay up-to-date with the latest motion design trends, techniques, and tools to bring innovative ideas to projects. Optimize animations for different platforms, ensuring compatibility across various devices and media channels. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: - Proven experience as an Animator of at least 2 years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Skills: - Animation software's: Proficiency in motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Photoshop or similar tools. Video editing tools and software's: Solid understanding of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Design Acumen: Strong artistic and design skills, including colour theory, composition, and typography. Communication Skills: Clear ability to convey and articulate your concepts and thoughts to your peers and the clients. Knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, Ai exploration, and CGI-based ai tools (a plus or should be open to exploring). Familiarity with scripting and expressions within animation software, and CGI is advantageous. Time management & Proactiveness: Knowing how to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines. Attributes: - Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Adaptable and able to handle feedback constructively. Familiarity or interest with branding, artificial intelligence and marketing concepts.
