What You’ll Do 

Design, animate motion graphics and compositing for various mediums including, but not limiting to projection mapping shows, immersive installations, and experiential media. 

Work across Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects), Nuke, Unreal Engine, and other key tools in our pipeline. 

Collaborate with creative directors, spatial designers, VFX artists, and editors. 

Be proactive to identify solutions, learn new tools and techniques, and grow with emerging trends like AI-driven generation and interactive graphics. 

Maintain organized version control and pipelines that allow seamless collaboration and iteration across departments. 

What We’re Looking For 

Experience: 3–5 years in motion graphics / post-production / VFX environments.

Technical fluency: 

Core: Adobe After Effects (expert), Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (working knowledge). 

Bonus: Unreal Engine and Foundry Nuke. 

Creative capability: Strong sense of compositing, design, storytelling, motion, timing, transitions, and visual impact. 

Agility: Comfortable working across multiple formats—from high-res film to projection surfaces to interactive media. 

Initiative: Self-starter mindset, strong learning orientation—especially toward generative workflows, real-time rendering, and innovative design mediums. 

Collaboration: Excellent team communication; able to explain creative and technical decisions clearly. 

Process: Familiar with version control, backups, render pipelines, and delivering assets in various file formats (image sequences, video codecs, Unreal assets, etc.). 

Attention to detail: Especially essential for mapping visuals onto complex surfaces or ensuring visual assembly across interactive contexts. 

Nice to Have

Past experience in spatial design or projection mapping contexts. 

Understanding of 3D asset pipelines and integration with Unreal Engine. 

Demonstrated experience experimenting with generative AI  

Knowledge of AR/VR content creation and delivery pipelines.
