Mortgage Underwriting Trainer

As a Mortgage Underwriting Trainer, your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to new and existing underwriting staff. You will ensure that underwriters possess the necessary knowledge and skills to evaluate and approve mortgage loan applications effectively while adhering to company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Your collaboration with various departments will be crucial in identifying training needs, creating impactful training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives.
