Mortgage Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Advisory

• Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial situation.
  
• Advise clients on mortgage products, interest rates, terms, and repayment options.
  
• Provide guidance throughout the mortgage process, from pre-qualification to loan closing.
  

Loan Processing & Documentation

• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately.
  
• Collect, review, and verify required financial documents, credit reports, and property information.
  
• Ensure all loan documentation is compliant with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  

Loan Analysis & Underwriting Support

• Evaluate clients financial status, creditworthiness, and loan eligibility.
  
• Work closely with underwriting teams to facilitate approvals and address any conditions.
  
• Analyze risk factors and provide recommendations to clients and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in mortgage lending or financial advisory (e.g.,

  NMLS, MBA, or equivalent

  ).
• Experience in

  real estate financing, credit analysis, or risk assessment

  .
• Familiarity with

  digital mortgage platforms and fintech tools
