Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India, for a Mortgage Relationship Manager. The Mortgage Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating new business by sourcing and closing mortgage loan opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, advising on mortgage products, maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving designated sales targets. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the mortgage process. Qualifications Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management Knowledge of Mortgage Products and Mortgage Lending Practices Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the local market Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus Show more Show less
