Mortgage operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Operations Manager at CapServ, located in Gurugram. The Mortgage Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily mortgage operations including loan origination, processing, underwriting, and closing. This role requires ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining operational efficiency, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include supervising team members, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of loan origination, processing, underwriting, and closing
• Experience in compliance management and regulatory requirements
• Team supervision and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and workflow management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage operations or a similar role
