Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Monitoring Support Engineer to join our team at DigitalOcean, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in monitoring and support engineering, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for monitoring systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Develop and implement monitoring scripts and automation tools.
Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Create documentation and knowledge base articles for internal use.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and support engineering.
Strong understanding of monitoring tools and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
